Patch history
A large achievements update landed in April 2026, expanding the system to 78 achievements with new badges that gate rank progression. The top Chief Flight Attendant rank now requires the Veteran achievement (at least a year played) plus fully upgrading all four airlines, making it one of the rarest ranks in the game.

The alliance system gained a quota feature letting owners set targets members must hit to stay in the alliance, PA announcements became fully functional with changeable voice gender and accent, and a referral system now grants 3,000 Skybux per invited player who plays at least ten minutes. Several weather and load-time performance passes also shipped.

Recent official changelog entries add serious depth: the B787-10 variant completes the Boeing 787 family, the DC-10 legacy aircraft and A350-900 variant join the roster, double runways were added to most airports for more realistic traffic, deicing vehicles now deice aircraft below freezing, a lavatory truck appears at the gate, and baggage claim became functional at certain airports.
